What You'll Do Fuel the Customer Experience: Work behind-the-scenes by accurately shopping, organizing, and collecting products to fulfill customer orders and keep our promises. Master the Logistics: Own the shipping process by expertly packing, labeling, and prepping materials for delivery, ensuring every package arrives looking professional and ready for use. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building. Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others. Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting. Physicality: This is a "heavy lifting" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred. Schedule & Compensation Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week The Shift: Includes a mix of daytime shifts (ranging from anytime between 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Monday availability is a requirement for the role. Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays ranging anytime between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Pay: The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage. This is is a year round position, NOT a seasonal role.
