Join our team as an ECO Solo Operator and take control of state-of-the-art folder/gluer machinery in our paperboard packaging operation. What You'll Do As our ECO Solo Operator, you'll be the master of your machine. You'll operate sophisticated folder/gluer equipment, ensuring top-quality paperboard packaging production while maintaining our high standards for safety and efficiency. This isn't just running a machine - you're solving problems, optimizing performance, and playing a key role in our production success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years machine operation experience
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to read measurements and use hand tools
  • Basic math skills and computer literacy
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to cover shifts when needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Standing for 8-12 hour shifts
  • Comfortable with bending, reaching, and working with your hands

Nice To Haves

  • Folder/gluer experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Operating and setting up folder/gluer machinery with precision
  • Ensuring product quality and meeting production targets
