About The Position
The Executive Director of the ECMC Foundation is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Foundation, focusing on fundraising, marketing, compliance, finance, and human resources. This role aims to secure major gifts to support capital projects and enhance healthcare services at the Erie County Medical Center Corporation (ECMCC). The Executive Director will cultivate relationships with donors and stakeholders, oversee development services, and represent the Foundation in public engagements to promote philanthropy and community health initiatives.
