Summary: The ECM Specialist ensures efficient and effective operation of Teachers Content Services Platform (OnBase). Performs operations and enhancements, in order to control and maintain internal and external files for archival and records management. Support installation and testing pertinent software releases and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required or a minimum of six years directly related experience
  • Minimum two years experience with enterprise systems required
  • Technical expertise experience with OnBase or an equivalent ECM system preferred
  • Knowledge of Excel, SQL database, SQL scripts and queries preferred
  • Basic SQL writing skills preferred
  • Basic Knowledge of Oracle-based environments preferred
  • Experience in complex OnBase content strategies, workflows, integrations, and processes preferred

Responsibilities

  • Performs operations, enhancements, and follows policy and processes in order to control and maintain internal and external files for archival and records management
  • Support installation and testing pertinent software releases and enhancements
  • Create, test, troubleshoot, and maintain multiple workflow lifecycles
  • Partner with management to improve automated workflows and business processes as necessary
  • Establish and execute testing plans with multiple OnBase solutions and lifecycles
  • Manage a multi-stage environment (i.e., development, test, production)
  • Assist in resolving back end connectivity issues
  • Responsible and accountable for document management and records management in OnBase
  • Design all workflows requiring external integrations to be vendor agnostic where practical
  • Work with Application Development to integrate OnBase into vendor supplied and internally developed applications
  • Ensure daily run activities are carried out accurately and properly
  • Streamline existing procedures regarding OnBase
  • Participate in enterprise projects for requirement analysis, development and support
  • Develop system and workflow documentation
  • Performs monthly reporting, or more frequently as needed by the business
  • Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
