Organization: VHVI Non-Inv Diag Echo Job Summary: Acquires echocardiographic data using transthoracic transducer acquisition with the patient at rest under the supervision and/or direction of a physician Work includes morphologic imaging, assessment of myocardial function, recording of hemodynamic parameters, visualization of blood flow. Independently performs stress echocardiographic testing. May perform and administer contrast imaging under the direction of a cardiologist. Engages in teaching others echocardiographic skills. .
