Please note the following important details regarding this position: This is an onsite position, requiring daily attendance at the designated location. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location: Texas: Lubbock Flexibility to work a day, evening or night shift as scheduled Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on operational and departmental requirements. Positions specified as “on call/per diem” refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in for staff vacancies
Requirements
- Graduate from a formal approved and accredited Cardiac Sonographer program
- Coursework/Training: 12 months of training/ evaluation will be required for pediatric cardiology studies concurrently or successively at the discretion of the Medical Director of the Pediatric Echo Lab
- Upon Hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International – OR National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required
