Under the general supervision of the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, performs routine diagnostic cardiac ultrasounds examinations. Obtains necessary images, prepares a complete study summary for interpretation by the cardiologist in the diagnosis of disease and study of malfunction of the heart and major vessels; Performs other related functions as required, which include but are not limited to maintenance of equipment, supplies, logs, and medical record documentation. Supports philosophies and complies with policies and procedures of the organization and the Respiratory Department.
