About The Position

The Echo Tech role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of advanced echo and acoustic technologies within our organization. Ultimately, the Echo Tech will play a critical role in enhancing the reliability and effectiveness of our echo technology infrastructure across diverse operational environments.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Acoustics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience working with acoustic or echo-based technologies in a technical support or field technician role.
  • Strong understanding of signal processing principles and electronic hardware troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and system documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and document work.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with software tools used for acoustic signal analysis and system simulation.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or MATLAB for data analysis and automation.
  • Certifications related to electronics, acoustics, or field service technology.
  • Prior experience working in a research and development environment focused on acoustic technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain echo and acoustic technology equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Perform regular system diagnostics and calibrations to maintain accuracy and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to echo signal processing and hardware components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research, development, and deployment of new echo technology solutions.
  • Document system configurations, maintenance activities, and technical procedures to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
