About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Echo Technician / Cardiac Sonographer to provide high-quality echocardiography services in both hospital and outpatient clinic settings. This role includes performing advanced cardiac imaging procedures while supporting departmental quality initiatives and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Experience in cardiac ultrasound
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through CCI (or registry-eligible)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive echocardiographic studies, including:
- 2-D and 3-D echocardiograms
- Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
- Exercise and pharmacologic stress echocardiograms
- Assist with procedures within the Heart and Vascular department
- Provide imaging services to both inpatient and outpatient populations
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with departmental protocols
- Maintain patient safety and high standards of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
