Essential Job Functions 1. Pack products in an in-line packaging operation (i.e. feeding pouch machine) a. Performs final inspection of labeling to ensure consistent with lot paperwork b. Performs final inspection of packaging including identification of defects c. Documents defects as applicable d. Communicates inspection findings to area management/ QA e. Documents finished packaged products as inspected 2. Pack products in an in an off-line environment (off-line packing) 3. Putting kits together (i.e. holter kits, stress kits, etc) 4. Assist with housekeeping tasks (put raw materials back on the shelf, general cleanup) 5. May occasionally assist in material movement (hand/fork truck, material distribution, etc). 6. Interpret shop paperwork and drawings (read and calculate) Other duties as assigned “Participate in the reduction of risk and injury in the workplace by completing required job safety training, identifying workplace risks, wearing required personal protective equipment, ensuring all machine guards are in place before operating equipment, not operating equipment without proper safety training; compliance to Safety Standards and Policy: Immediately informing manager, supervisor, and/or Team Leader of unsafe conditions, practices, incidents, and injuries."
