ECG Inspector
About The Position
Under minimal supervision, provides an independent, unbiased evaluation of ECG Events and/or the related work of others. The results are documented and communicated to organizational stakeholders with an interest in the evaluation's outcome - typically, this is the direct Supervisor and Manager. May act as lead, in the absence of lead, assigning and prioritizing others' duties.At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role has a potential to allows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time.
Requirements
- 2-4 years high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or
- An equivalent combination of education/work experience
- Certification in assigned area preferred
Responsibilities
- Functional knowledge of ECG interpretation.
- Ability to communicate well with and help guide others.
- Completes special Audit requests for Supervisors, Managers, and Clinical Educators.
- Assist in qualification of Technicians needed for production and research purposes.
- Performs one-on-one coaching to address any quality concerns.
- Reviews and recommends changes to existing Auditing procedures and quality specifications.
- Initiates change and works with Supervisors/Management on Training/Quality plans.
- Follows company safety policies and procedures while ensuring quality work.
