About The Position

As the ECE Coach at MVCDC, you are responsible for supporting the implementing of the designated curriculum and supporting the implementation of daily activities that are developmentally appropriate for young children through the PBC coaching model ensuring fidelity to the designated tools and professional development events/sessions. You will support classroom behavior management in accordance with federal Head Start Performance Standards. You will support compliance with ODJFS, USDA, Health and Sanitation and Regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in ECE/Child Development or related field.
• 5 years ECE (0-5 year old) teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the designated curriculum.
• Implement daily activities that are developmentally appropriate for young children.
• Ensure fidelity to the designated tools and professional development events/sessions.
• Support classroom behavior management in accordance with federal Head Start Performance Standards.
