About The Position

As an ECAD Librarian and PCB Layout Designer, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing electronic component libraries to ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability of electronic design automation (EDA) tools. This role supports design engineers by providing high-quality, validated component data and symbols, enabling efficient and error-free schematic and PCB design. In addition, you will have opportunities to create layout design and documentation of printed circuit boards under direction from a team of electrical and mechanical engineers. This role requires you to context switch and support multiple program priorities at one time. In this role, you will use the Siemens Xpedition tool environment and interface with other industry standard and GDMS custom tools. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a related specialized area or field or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
