You are: The EBS PTP Site Support practitioner is responsible for providing guidance to end users on system processing steps and functionality of the Oracle EBS solution. The GL EBS team member will support travel, PO/Req, PRISM to EBS, AP/Payment, Citi and other PTP integrations. Cross module support required (Projects, GL, Budget, etc…) The work: Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Specific responsibilities include: Knowledge Transfer and onboarding: Review existing materials to develop an understanding of customer landscape. This will include but not limited to test scripts, SOPs and business processes Training: Conduct and lead training sessions for areas identified post go-live that require additional or supplemental training Issues Documentation: Document incidents with detailed scripts and screenshots. Work with BAS team to resolve and test defects Hypercare Support: Support the Census and BAS teams during the period of Hypercare. This may include working with users on issues, incident resolution or just in time training
