The eBranch Member Experience Specialist (MES) is responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences through digital and remote channels. This position combines advanced financial expertise with a deep understanding of virtual service delivery to establish, maintain, and grow member relationships. The eBranch MES provides personalized financial guidance, cross-sells credit union products, supports technical inquiries, and ensures that every interaction via phone, chat, or video reflects the Credit Union's service culture and commitment to excellence.
