As an Eatery Line Cook you will work directly under Chef Judson Branch who brings over 20 years of culinary experience from East to West Coast. You will be responsible for prepping, cooking, and finishing all pizza, sandwiches, caterings and ready-made meals, If you're looking to grow your culinary journey this is your opportunity! Requirements

• Experience in limited/full-service restaurant is desired.
• Good understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service
• Positive attitude
• Willing to perform multiple jobs throughout the day
• Standing for extended periods during each shift- Lifting up to 40lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing all menu items with assistance of lead cook and chef
• Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line.
• Food preparation and portioning prior to service.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Maintains professional and positive relationships with coworkers and customers
