Requirements

• Passion for exceptional service and Italian coffee culture.
• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and products.

Responsibilities

• Craft delicious espresso drinks and prepare food items.
• Provide warm, Italian-style hospitality to guests.
• Rotate across front- and back-of-house stations.
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge.
• Engage with guests to assist with inquiries and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Prepare a variety of cold food items and ingredients.
• Support day-to-day operations of the caffè as a Café Lead.
