About The Position

The Easy Wireless Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in driving wireless sales and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED (2-year Associate degree preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year of customer-facing experience is required.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Basic PC skills including computer navigation, email, and internet.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and another language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist new and existing customers with wireless retail and sales.
• Describe merchandise and explain its use, operation, and care to customers.
• Compute sales prices, total purchases, and process cash or credit payments.
• Create an ideal customer experience with each interaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies regarding payment and exchanges.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company production standards.
• Recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
• Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
• Participate in community outreach through outdoor events.
