Requirements

• Current pursuit of undergraduate education preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Organized, self-motivated, professional demeanor.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.
• Able to prioritize and balance concurrent/competing projects, tasks or assignments.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer service and care for clients & residents.
• Open to learning and receiving feedback.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through several teams and be responsible for various activities and assignments, such as Lifestyle/Activities, Dining Services, and Sales & Marketing.
• Develop relationships with mentors, team members and residents/clients.
• Learn about programs, processes, policies, products and applications to serve our residents/clients and our business.
• Complete and present a ROAD Internship project to Senior Leadership Team.
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Elder Care Alliance and Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to Culture of Excellence and strategic goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
