We are hiring full-time salaried nurses to join our elite team, partnering with families of medically complex children as they transition from hospital to home. The primary function is to administer highly skilled private duty nursing care to pediatric patients/clients in their places of residence, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/client, their family, and referring agency. This role requires a seasoned nurse with pediatric home health experience, willing to travel and confident in their skills to initiate care in the patient’s home under the supervision of a registered nurse.
