About The Position

The East Regional Operations Leader embodies Spring Fertility’s core values of optimism, compassion, teamwork, and innovation. This leader is dedicated to empowering patients, supporting our teams, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality care experience. The East Regional Operations Leader will guide clinic performance, operational excellence, and growth across Spring and Open Fertility locations in New York including our Manhattan fertility center and Long Island and Astoria satellite clinics as well as lead the operational launch of our newest Open Fertility market in Denver, opening in 2026. This role will directly oversee practice managers and collaborate closely with medical directors to deliver exceptional care and outcomes across all sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Arts or Bachelor's Of Science Degree
  • Minimum three (3) years of management experience
  • Direct experience leading large multi-role teams

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare and/or hospitality experience a plus!
  • Proven success in partnering with Medical Directors and Physicians at the practice level preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional clinic performance, ensuring excellence in growth, patient experience, operational efficiency, and team engagement.
  • Achieve key metrics across volume, utilization, patient satisfaction (SLAs), labor efficiency, and budget goals.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to best practices in scheduling, staffing, SOPs, regulatory compliance, and office processes (e.g., inventory).
  • Drive cost-effective operations while maintaining exceptional standards of care and patient experience.
  • Partner with the COO and Spring teams to set operational milestones for the Denver launch (team, training, inventory, vendors, etc.).
  • Oversee operational performance of the Denver site once open.
  • Lead and mentor practice managers through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Build leadership capability within the team, empowering practice managers to independently drive site operations and results.
  • Partner with the People team on hiring, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement through effective communication and recognition practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, patient onboarding, and other cross-functional teams to meet regional growth goals.
  • Develop and execute operational plans to support growth—including staffing, space planning, and new site development.
  • Own P&L performance across regional sites and partner with senior leadership on strategic expansion initiatives.
  • Lead routines for KPI tracking, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Implement and enhance operational tools such as staffing models, scheduling systems, and escalation protocols.
  • Ensure consistent use and improvement of Spring and Open Fertility best practices.
  • Contribute to building scalable infrastructure to support company growth and operational excellence.
