The role involves following the Business Unit sales process on top prospects, presenting innovative ideas to secure business, and transferring to the territory sales team upon job quotation completion. The position requires identifying leads among architects, developers, general contractors, construction managers, and engineers, and educating them on Business Unit products and services. Additionally, the role includes delivering qualified professional education credit courses and utilizing the CRM in all aspects of the sales process according to Business Unit standards. The individual will act as the primary liaison with key decision makers at top accounts, exercising discretion and independent judgment to satisfy customer needs. The position also involves monitoring and evaluating the activities and products of the competition, and the duties may change at any time with or without notice.
