  • Experience coordinating production, vendors, and logistics in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Strong communication skills with customers, internal teams, and suppliers.
  • Working knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control.
  • Comfort managing projects with custom features, finishes, and delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Engagement Sell Easi-Set buildings and related scopes, including small highway and miscellaneous projects as assigned.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Translate customer requirements into executable building designs, specifications, and delivery plans.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding scope, schedule, customization, and logistics.
  • Project Execution & Coordination Maintain ownership of each building project beyond signed paperwork through completion.

  • Manage multiple building projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Work directly with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers (plumbing, electrical, erection, etc.).
  • Procurement & Materials Management Control procurement of building-specific components, particularly high-value and long-lead items (e.g., restroom fixtures, electrical components).
  • Review and approve requisitions related to assigned projects prior to purchasing.
  • Manage procurement timing to align with production schedules and storage limitations.
  • Oversee receipt, identification, storage, and handling of project materials to minimize loss, damage, and rework.
  • Stay informed on vendor changes, substitutions, lead times, and cost impacts.
  • Plant & Yard Coordination Work with yard crews to prioritize building projects appropriately.
  • Ensure materials and completed buildings are handled and staged correctly for delivery.
  • Help create a culture where building projects are viewed as plant “wins,” not disruptions.
  • Operational Oversight Monitor project profitability and identify risks related to materials, scheduling, or scope changes.
  • Communicate proactively with production and leadership regarding constraints or conflicts.
  • Assist in improving administrative and scheduling processes related to building production and tracking.
