About The Position

This position involves working outdoors as part of a crew that provides high-quality grounds maintenance and landscaping services to external customers at various work sites. The role is focused on the cultivation and care of landscaping and grounds surrounding customer work sites.

Requirements

• Lawn maintenance and landscaping skills preferred
• Ability to obtain an Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) Commercial Pesticide License (Category 5 Industrial Vegetation, CORE Commercial Core) is a plus
• Good customer service skills
• Willingness to work as a team member
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to handle changes in routines
• Ability to display appropriate socialization at all times

Responsibilities

• Police grounds to remove all trash and debris
• Trim around flower beds and obstacles
• Mow using a push mower, walk behind mower, or riding tractor
• Weed flower beds
• Sweep walkways and driveways
• Plant and mulch beds
• Rake the grounds
