About The Position

Pluckers is seeking Restaurant Managers who are ready to take on a rewarding opportunity in the restaurant industry. Our Restaurant Managers earn between $70,000-$100,000, which includes both monthly and annual bonuses. The base salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, with the potential to earn an additional $10,000-$30,000 per year based on store sales and profits. We pride ourselves on offering one of the best health insurance plans in the industry, covering 100% of health, dental, and vision for all managers, with an annual value of $6,400. Additionally, we provide 15 paid vacation/personal days each year and free meals at Pluckers. As we expand with 20 new restaurants across Texas in the next four years, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our management team, which we refer to as 'coaches.' Our management team is hands-on and committed to fostering a positive work environment and helping employees succeed. We offer a comprehensive 16-week training program, Pluckers University, to equip our managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in our culture. We value work ethic, intelligence, and the ability to inspire others over previous experience alone.
