About The Position

As a Casual Early Years Educator at Glebe Farm Nursery, you will play a vital role in keeping our children safe, loved, and inspired to learn. You will apply the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles daily, seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines, and bond with children and their families through meaningful interactions. Our nursery environment is designed to foster curiosity, imagination, and confidence in children, with a dedicated Forest School area for hands-on experiences in nature.

Requirements

• Early Years qualification at Level 3
• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
• A true love for child development and care
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Effective communication skills with management, peers, and parents
• High levels of care and empathy
