About The Position

At Glebe Farm Nursery, we want our children to be curious, imaginative, and confident learners within our thoughtfully designed environments. Our home-from-home setting is filled with natural resources and cosy, calming spaces where our children feel safe, secure, and ready to learn through play. One of the highlights of our nursery is our dedicated Forest School area, where our children connect with nature through rich, hands-on experiences. As an Early Years Educator, you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved, and inspired to learn. You will apply the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles to our children daily, seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines, and bond with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.

Requirements

• Early Years qualification at Level 3
• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
• A true love for child development and care
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, and parents
• High levels of care and empathy

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Able and willing to work in a team

Responsibilities
