About The Position
The Early Success Academic Advisor is a full-time professional exempt position at the University of Colorado Denver, aimed at supporting undergraduate student success and degree completion. This role involves delivering holistic, proactive, and developmental advising services to a caseload of diverse undergraduate students, primarily in their first 1.5 years of college within the School of Public Affairs. The advisor will engage in student development, persistence, and retention efforts through outreach campaigns, reengagement initiatives, and progress monitoring. The position requires maintaining a caseload of approximately 80-100 students and providing timely advising services during orientation and throughout the students' first year-and-a-half.
