Primary Purpose: Improve student success in reading in the critical early developmental years through targeted evidenced-based intervention in kindergarten through third grade. Effectively implement the district curriculum and/or instructional expectations for the ERI program which includes detailed progress monitoring. Additionally, provide a safe and positive learning environment for students and feedback to classroom teachers, students, parents, and administration regarding student progress, expectations, and goals. Please note this position is funded through State Early Education allotment funds, specific to supporting through grade 3, and continuation of position will be dependent on the availability of funds.
