Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma seeks an Early and Periodic Screening Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT) Program Coordinator to serve on the clinical support team. This is a full-time teleworker opportunity in Oklahoma. Travel to the OK City office may be required, based on business needs.

  • Work with the Quality Management (QM) Director and other departments to plan, develop, and implement programs, initiatives, and activities to help ensure the plan meets and/or exceeds its strategic and contractually required EPSDT performance metrics.
  • Help ensure the timely completion and quality review of all EPSDT-related reporting.
  • Collaborate with QM Director and department analysts to complete all required reports and facilitate cross-functional review well in advance of the due date to ensure report quality and accuracy.
  • Interact with Population Health/Integrated Care Management, Marketing and Community Outreach, Provider Network Management, District representatives, Corporate Medical Economics, Statutory Reporting and other functional areas to capture and track key EPSDT and other QM related performance metrics.
  • Monitor and gauge the effectiveness of related activities, initiatives and programs.
  • Coordinate the accurate compilation, completion and submission of all required reports due to the state.
  • Support QM Director on all EPSDT and other QM related communications with state and other relevant agencies.
  • Candidate must reside in Oklahoma.
  • 3 years' experience in health care, behavioral health, managed care, public health, or regulatory industry.
  • 1 year of project management experience.
  • 1 year of experience working with data, data management, and data reporting.
  • 3 years' experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state, up to 10% of the time.
  • Medicaid experience.
  • Clinical degree is a plus.
  • Organizational, analytical, and cross-functional facilitation and communication skills.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
