The Early Morning Truck team member at Michaels is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include unloading trucks, handling merchandise throughout the store, and maintaining recovery standards. Team members will also engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role involves participating in stocking and planogram processes, completing merchandise recovery and returns, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies is required, along with maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor. Team members will also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
