About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers courteously and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout the store.
• Assist customers with merchandise inquiries and provide prompt responses to customer service calls.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping.
• Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and ensure proper presentation according to company guidelines.
• Follow safety protocols to create a secure shopping environment and report any unsafe conditions to store leadership.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following all policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.
• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all interactions with customers and associates.
