About The Position

The Fresh Market is seeking a dedicated Production Specialist to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional service and quality products to our guests. This role involves working early shifts and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a passion for production.
• Ability to work well in teams and prioritize guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work early shifts from 3 am to 11 am.

Responsibilities

• Handle production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and assist guests in finding products and completing meal solutions.
• Ensure excellent product quality by inspecting store products for proper rotation and adhering to cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Follow all The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols.
• Present oneself in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards.
