We’re currently seeking a Female Virtual Training Specialist to support a consistent early-morning client schedule, delivering personalized sessions in a supportive, high-impact environment.

This role is ideal for trainers who prefer early-morning schedules or are located in earlier time zones.

Requirements

• Female trainer with a strong passion for coaching and client care
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• National certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.)
• Comfortable leading virtual training sessions
• Reliable, punctual, and energized in the early mornings
• Strong communicator who can build trust and connection remotely
• Consistent weekday availability required
• Early morning sessions starting at 7:00 AM EST

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 virtual personal training sessions (Zoom or similar)
• Deliver customized workouts based on client goals and ability
• Provide coaching, accountability, and motivation in real time
