About The Position

As an Early Morning Call Center Dispatch Representative, you will play an essential role in interacting with customers and partners to deliver exceptional customer service. The right candidate will have a professional disposition when communicating with associates, customers, and operational departments. You'll handle inbound calls from customers and make outbound calls to coordinate with vendors and partners.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused and self manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
  • Use internal systems to research and retrieve information
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex inquiries
  • Accurately document customer interactions and claims
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using your training and resources
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager
  • Attend training sessions and stay up to date with program updates
  • Adhere to your assigned part-time schedule and attendance requirements
