The Early Morning Baker is responsible for preparing and producing a variety of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. The Early Morning Baker ensures that all products meet the baker's quality standards and are produced in a timely and efficient manner. Must be available Tuesday-Saturday 1:00 AM - 7:00 AM.

Requirements

• The Night Baker must be at least 18 years of age.
• The Night Baker must hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• The Night Baker must pass a DHI Background Check in line with DHI policy and DHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and Baking
• Producing Quality and Presentable Products
• Keeping all aspects of the bakery safe and sanitary.
• Collaborate and communicate with all team members.
• Other Duties as assigned by the supervisor.
