About The Position
Looking for a flexible, rewarding role? The YMCA of the North Shore is seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our Early Education team to provide classroom break coverage. This position is perfect for college students looking to gain experience or retirees interested in making a meaningful impact in their community. We currently have Early Education openings at our Amesbury & Haverhill locations As part of our Early Learning Team, you will: Create a warm, caring, and nurturing environment for children and families Support classroom activities that spark curiosity and creativity Foster social and cognitive growth through play-based learning Incorporate enrichment activities like swimming, sports, and gymnastics into daily programming Provide high-quality care while maintaining state standards for health and safety At the YMCA, youth development and healthy living are at the heart of everything we do. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent minimum education
Nice To Haves
- EEC certification preferred but not required
