Early Learning Lead Teacher
About The Position
YMCA MISSION: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. This isn’t just a job, it’s making an impact! TEACHERS independently manage their classroom, supervise additional support staff in their classroom, execute YMCA early learning curriculum, and establish positive relationships with children and their families. Our teachers work as a part of a larger team at each YMCA center to develop the best program for the community. This is the perfect role for those who want to take the next step in their early learning career, for former teachers looking to utilize their skills in a different environment, or professionals in early learning looking for an environment in which they can grow. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
