Location: Portola Valley Area Elementary Schools Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 6 pm Pay & Benefits: $21-$25/hour (pay is based on education and experience) Part-time benefits including health available Employee referral program - up to $300 for every successful new hire you refer Fun and friendships come with the paycheck An 80% discount off current AlphaBEST program tuition rates for each eligible child in attendance. Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations

- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
