About The Position

THIS IS A PART-TIME GRANT FUNDED POSITION LOCATED IN KNOXVILLE, TN (20 HOURS PER WEEK). THIS POSITION IS FUNDED UNTIL JUNE 30, 2029. The Early Interventionist provides direct developmental therapy services in a home or community-based environment and/or virtually to children up to three years of age through a contract with the Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS).

Requirements

• Experience in early childhood development or related field.
• Ability to work with children and families in various settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in early intervention or related area.
• Experience with the Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct developmental therapy services to children up to three years of age.
• Deliver services in a home or community-based environment and/or virtually.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the child's development.
