Position Overview: Collaborate with the educational team (teachers, specialists, and therapists) to execute Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) or plans designed for Early Intervention students (ages 0–5). Provide direct, compassionate care to meet students' adaptive and personal needs, including assistance with mobility, feeding, toileting, and the use of specialized developmental equipment. Maintain flexibility to manage daily assignments that may require travel and transition between various student locations or school sites throughout the day.

Requirements

• Associate's degree, a CDA, or a Para Educator Credential (Required)
• Valid In-person CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Prior experience working with children ages 0-5
• Ability to pass all required background checks and compliance requirements

Responsibilities
