Requirements

  • Current CPR certification
  • Current TB test
  • Current Physical: Must be physically unrestricted for job requirements
  • Desire to work with clients in a home setting

  • Pediatric experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Providing developmental services in a play-based approach for a caseload of children ages birth to 3 in the home environment.
  • Providing parent education and home programs related to treatment goals based on developmental milestones.
  • Completing biannual progress reports using standardized developmental assessment tools to document developmental delays and set goals.
  • Supporting and facilitating each child's progress through developmental milestones and enhancing caregiver-child relationships.
  • Utilizing effective and professional communication skills.
  • Submitting documentation and signatures on a daily basis.
  • Participating in Monthly Reflective Supervision.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including Child Development Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Service Coordinators, Physicians, and families.
