About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to provide clinical and administrative supervision, guidance, technical assistance, and support for the ITP Service Coordinators and other CDSA personnel who serve children referred to and enrolled in the NC Infant-Toddler Program. This position is also responsible for hiring and training direct-service CDSA staff, coaching staff, completing work performance evaluations, and ensuring EISC and clinician compliance with State and Federal regulations for the Infant/Toddler Program. The position involves supervision of operations in the Pinehurst office of the Sandhills CDSA. Along with the Director and other staff, this employee is also responsible for training/collaborating with other public and private providers of early intervention services and participates as a member of the CDSA Management Team in long-range planning, policy and procedure development, and budget management. Work station: The work station for this position will be the CDSA office in Pinehurst, NC

Requirements

  • Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.
  • Master's degree in a human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of professional developmental disability or infant and child mental health experience preferably including administrative/supervisor experience; or Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of professional developmental disability or infant and child mental health experience, preferably including one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
