About The Position
Chester County Department of MH/IDD seeks an Early Intervention Service Coordinator to facilitate, coordinate and monitor services for children aged birth to three years old at-risk/with at least a 25% delay in one area of development. Service Coordinators work with families in their homes and/or in the community. This position requires travel to attend meetings off-site. Service Coordinators are responsible for assisting infants, toddlers and their families in accessing needed Early Intervention services, as well as coordinating and monitoring the provision of such services. This position is subject to the provisions of a collective bargaining unit agreement.
