Overview Immediate PRN/part-time positions available working with 0-3 year olds in-home settings. Part Time/PRN opportunity! Requirements

  • Pennsylvania State PT License ( Applicant must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE )
  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
  • The candidate must be eligible and in good standing to enroll in PA’s Promise System.
  • Original Child Abuse Clearance ( CAC ), Criminal Background Check ( CBC ) and FBI Clearance required
  • Pediatric/Infant Toddler CPR (In-Person ONLY) and First Aid Certified (Online).

Responsibilities

  • Provide Physical Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
  • Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
  • Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
