About The Position

At Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT), the mission is to build brighter futures through compassionate, individualized care for pediatric patients. As a therapist with APT, you will be part of a dynamic, supportive team that prioritizes kids and families in a fun, energizing environment. APT emphasizes client-focused care with no "cookie cutter plans", diverse caseloads to avoid a "one-size-fits-all" approach, and a family-first mindset. The company is run by clinicians, ensuring therapists are supported by people who understand their work. APT offers top-notch mentorship for both new graduates and experienced therapists, flexible schedules, bonuses, and growth opportunities. The primary responsibility of a Kentucky Early Intervention System (KEIS) provider is to evaluate and provide treatment for pediatric patients between the ages of birth and three years with needs in physical, social-emotional, self-help, communication, and cognitive development. KEIS Providers at APT primarily work in children’s natural environments (homes, daycares, community centers, etc.) but also have opportunities to work in APT offices and contract locations depending on the counties/areas served.
