Competitive Compensation & Growth Scalable Compensation Structure that offers professional growth and customizable caseloads (between 6-8 clients) $1,500 in annual budget for conferences and professional development Discretionary budget for client stimuli and materials Clear Growth Paths: Step into a Clinical Director or Training Coordinator role as we scale.
