The Director of Early Intervention and Inclusion Programs provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and program accountability for all Early Intervention (EI) and Inclusion services. This role ensures high-quality, equitable, and compliant services for children ages 0–5 and their families across home-, community-, and center-based settings. The Director is responsible for program strategy, staff performance, productivity monitoring, contract compliance, budget oversight, and client outcomes. This leader ensures that Felton’s Early Intervention and Inclusion programs operate effectively, meet funding and regulatory requirements, maintain high levels of client satisfaction, and advance best practices in early childhood inclusion. Programs under this role may include Early Connections (SEEDS), Speech and Language Therapy, Preschool Intervention, Developmental Screening, center-wide Social Emotional and Positive Behavior Supports, and other Inclusion Support services.
