About The Position
This position requires a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and at least one year of childcare experience or two semesters of course field study experience in an accredited facility and/or Texas Rising Star facility. The employee must obtain Adult/Child/Infant CPR and First Aid Training by the American Heart Association or another accredited organization within the first fourteen working days of employment. Additionally, annual completion of 30 hours of child development training is required.
