About The Position
The Classroom Aide at Clackamas County Children's Commission, Inc. is responsible for assisting the Teacher and Assistant Teacher in providing and coordinating classroom services to families enrolled in the assigned classroom. The role involves ensuring high-quality early childhood education standards are met and that the organization's policies and procedures are followed. The Classroom Aide will assist in daily classroom activities, lesson plan evaluations, and maintaining classroom materials and supplies. Additional responsibilities include participating in events, using a positive behavior intervention and support (PBIS) approach, and providing childcare during family gatherings.
